Registration is now open for our IN MOTION Adult Dance Program Fall Term and we’re excited to introduce the new Performance Series Program (PSP)!

IN MOTION offers ballet and contemporary classes designed for adults of all experience levels, whether you’re returning to dance, looking to build your skills, or simply want to move, connect, and enjoy the energy of the studio.

For those ready to take their training a step further, the new Performance Series Program provides the opportunity to develop your technique and performance confidence while working directly with a professional rehearsal director or choreographer — culminating in a performance experience.

A huge thank you to this amazing group of volunteers who helped get our 2026/27 season brochures labelled, packed, and into the mail! Our brochures are now making their way to mailboxes across the Okanagan and beyond and should be arriving within days.

Our new season features Four Voices, a specially curated mixed program; John Alleyne’s acclaimed A Streetcar Named Desire; and Double Take, a double bill celebrating the retirement of longtime company artist Kurt Werner.

Four Voices, Nov. 6 + 7: A dynamic mixed program featuring works by Simone Orlando, Trey McIntyre, Joanna Lige, and Donaldo Nava

A Streetcar Named Desire, Feb. 12 + 13: A stunning full-length ballet by John Alleyne

Double Take, May 14 + 15: Our season finale featuring a new commission by Alyssa Martin and the return of Robert Stephen’s whimsical Mustard

This year also marks the final season of company dancer Kurt Werner, Ballet Kelowna’s longest-serving artist. After 15 remarkable years, we look forward to celebrating Kurt’s artistry, generosity, and extraordinary contribution to the company and our community.

We are excited to welcome Ballet Kelowna's IN MOTION Adult Dance Program participants to the studio today to start our August Term! There is still time to join us for our summer classes but looking ahead, our Fall Term registration is now open.

The Fall Term begins Sept. 14. Designed for adults of all skill levels, our classes are let by professional dance artists who help you build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence while exploring the artistry of movement.
