I’m a camera nerd. In case you didn’t know , I’m pretty passionate about photography. I’ve always listed after a couple of cameras, but they’ve been out of reach. Book any sailor Jerry flash piece and I’ll do it for half price. Yup! I have a binder full of designs. Hit me up! Response has been amazing so far….im about 1/8th of the way there. :)

However you celebrate the holidays, I’m pretty much a pagan heathen, I hope it’s a wonderful time for you all. Thank you, and I really mean that, thank you for choosing time to spend in the chair at the shop with me. It’s not lost on me; the sacrifice, the pain, time away from family, my horrible jokes. I appreciate you all for being yourselves and sharing your time so generously with me. Even when I’m grumpy! Usually means I need a cookie…hint, hint. Seriously though, after 25 years working in this craft I’m happier than ever to collaborate with such awesome humans. It’s a such a gift to tattoo people. I love the work more than ever and that’s because you bring so much to the process.
Can’t wait to see everyone of you soon.
I’m with family on the other side of the country, enjoying the snow, taking photos, and visiting old friends. Stay warm and stay safe!

Happy Birthday to one of the best humans that ever did it! He’s missed daily but his inspiration and memory lives on. I always considered Dustin the Heart of tattooing in Canada. I don’t think he was ever aware of his contributions to the craft but more importantly to a motley crew of degenerate misfits that found a compassionate champion in his friendship. He lifted up so many and lead us into a new era of tattooing that he saw so clearly.
Dustin! Today we eat cake!
