As we become more aware of our existence, there may be challenges. Facing aspects that no longer serve your higher self is a process. Be grateful for this moment of self-reflection. By confronting yourself, you embark on your next journey. Free yourself from thoughts like "there's something wrong," doubts about being good enough, and jealousy—all that keeps you constrained. We all face these struggles. The key is recognizing that it's all in your thoughts. Once you understand this, you'll begin to liberate yourself. 🙏🏼
For a deeper enquiry into this work. By years end I will be releasing my book
“Presence -A State of Being”, you can contact The Sentinel for more information - blessings 🙏🏼

Clive words of the day- one never knows what the day will produce - a love a sadness or a loss. Its not what happens it’s how we meet what happens. Wanting it to be different only causes suffering.
Be with what is & free yourself.

Clive’s words of the day- Get out of the rut by changing one thing. We are creatures of habit, yes there is comfort in healthy habits & we may get caught in our own net - try something that you have never done before - like taking a different route to the store. it’s through change we may discover something newly and expand our awareness.
