The kingdom did not fall to war.

It fell to betrayal.

On the night of the Fall Harvest Celebration, as music and laughter filled the Great Hall, the royal guard turned on their King. By dawn, he was dead. The Queen was locked inside her chambers and the Commander of the Royal Guard seized the throne for himself.

You were the King’s most trusted hand, sworn to protect the crown until your final breath.

For that loyalty, you and your closest allies were thrown into the dungeon beneath the castle walls.

But the Commander made one mistake, he left you alive.

Now night has fallen. The outer patrols are changing shifts and the castle corridors grow quiet. You have one hour to free yourselves, recover the fallen King’s crown as proof, and escape before the gates are sealed.

The people of the kingdom do not yet know what’s happened within these walls.

When they learn the truth, they will rise.

Escape the dungeon. Secure the crown. Restore the rightful Queen.
