I am officially SOLD OUT at my last market of the summer!

Thank you SO much to everyone who stopped by today, grabbed some baking, preserves or tallow, said hello, and continued to support The Knotty Pantry. The support you’ve shown my little business this summer has been absolutely incredible.

There were some very early mornings, a whole lot of flour, and definitely not enough sleep 😂 — but seeing you come back week after week makes it all worth it.

Just a reminder that Wednesday, September 2 will be the last Logan Lake Market I’m able to attend this summer! 🌻

There is still one more Logan Lake Market on September 9, but unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it. I don’t want to take away from that final market, but I wanted to let you know that September 2 will be my last market for the season. ❤️

Did you know your Knotty Pantry Sourdough Pancake Mix isn’t just for pancakes?

That’s right — you can turn it into delicious sourdough waffles too! 🧇

Golden and crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside — with that same sourdough goodness you love from the pancake mix.

To turn your pancake mix into waffles, simply adjust your wet ingredients to:

🥚 2 large eggs
🥛 1¼ cups milk
🧈 3 tbsp melted butter
✨ 1 tsp vanilla

Mix with your bag of Knotty Pantry Sourdough Pancake Mix, let the batter rest for a few minutes, then cook in your waffle maker until golden and crispy.

I seriously can’t thank this community enough for continuing to show up and support The Knotty Pantry. Seeing you come back each week, bringing friends, and clearing my table means more than you know!

Now this baker is officially ON HOLIDAYS! ☀️🏕️🍹
