Rehabilitation after spinal disc prolapse is going well šŸ’Ŗ I visited a sport physiotherapist to get more insight on how to move on with my training and turned out the nerve injury on the left side was bigger than I expected. For the past weeks I've been working on physiotherapy exercises to strenghten the neck and recreate control on the muscles of the left arm. Training camp with showed that daily exercising has paid off: I was able to train Tower Track and Hunt Track, just without backshots šŸŽšŸ¹šŸ˜Ž
