We've heard all about the stress of changing options in our community re: after school programs/care today and are working to consider what we can offer and manage.
We too had considered limiting what we would offer in 2025-2026 but understand the dire need that exists as well as know how badly we will miss what an incredible opportunity our ARTS program has been for the dancers who have attended in the 15 years we have been running it.
If we can find a solution, there will be priority given first to participants of the current program to renew their space, then to current MJPAS dancers and families but we will also keep an interest list of all of the incoming inquiries with hopes that we can help. If you would like to join the list for the selection process, please email us at [email protected] and include your child(ren)s age and school.
It is important to consider, even though you might be scrambling, that this is a dance program and therefore, a keen interest in attending the daily dance, acronastics, drama, music etc. classes will be required. Participants should be eager and enthusiastic to attend the daily classes and to participate in the studio's other events.
