ICS LOVES TO GIVE BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY!
Did you know that ICS has raised close to $15,000 for local charities since we began performing a Benefit Concert every May? Our first concert, in May 2012, raised $3,000 for the Huntington Society of Canada. Since then, we have held concerts for Canadian Mental Health, Ingersoll Support Services, STICH Supper Club, the IDCI Music Program, and several others. In the early years, the choir was joined by the ICS Youth Choir, which the audiences always loved! Here’s a few pics for your enjoyment.

Our Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Monday, Aug. 31st, 7 pm at St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, Ingersoll. We do have to conduct some business, but we also have some fun, some social time, and usually some snacks! If you are not a member of ICS, but are thinking about joining us, or are simply curious what would be involved in becoming a member, please feel free to attend. We would love to have you join us!

While it may seem early to be promoting our November show, our friends at ITOPA have now posted their 2026/27 season, so we thought we should get on board!

A lovely spring evening saw St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church in Ingersoll filled with beautiful music recently, as the Ingersoll Choral Society performed its final concert of the season – a benefit concert that raised $2,500 for Ingersoll & District Inter-Church.

As well as several very enjoyable choral pieces, a few duets and solos also entertained the audience. A lively auctioning off of a Shoofly Pie and an Apple Pan Dowdy brought lots of laughter – and added a surprising amount to the donations!

A big thank you to all who attended and supported this terrific organization through your generous donations!
