KALOS is hiring a Prep Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is all about the work that happens before service even starts: prepping ingredients, keeping stations organized, and setting the kitchen up to run smoothly once the doors open. You'll work closely with the rest of the BOH team, so consistency, timing, and attention to detail matter more than anything else. Kitchen experience is required.
