Hard to believe there are only THREE WEEKS until the Huntsville Fall Fair!
Looking to exhibit?
1. Get your 2026 prize book - available on our website: https://www.huntsvillefallfair.com/prize-book, or at Home Town Feed and Seed
2. Determine your division (Youth is preschool/daycare to age 18 in school, Senior 18+).
3. If you're a senior exhibitor, complete an entry form, which is available via our website and at the back of our prize book.
4. Create your entry - the more, the merrier!
5. Exhibitors must drop off entries no later than 12:00pm on Thursday, September 24 at the Huntsville Fairgrounds, 407 Ravenscliffe Road. For youth exhibitors, tagged will be dropped off at schools in early September; tags are also available at the fair office the week of the fair. For senior exhibitors, bring completed entry forms and your entries to the fair office the week of the fair and the fair Secretary will print your tags. The cost for Senior Division membership, a prerequisite to enter, is $5.00 per individual. There is no charge to enter the Youth Fair.
6. When you drop off your item, volunteers will verify Youth tags have been filled out.
7. Judging takes place on Thursday, and entries will be displayed on Friday, September 25, Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27. Pick up your entries after 4pm on Sunday, September 27.
