L’histoire et les contes populaires canadiens-français sont parfois incroyables, effrayants, amusants, tristes ou étonnants…ou tout cela à la fois! Parmi ces histoires, on y retrouve un loup-garou, une femme abandonnée sur une île, un peintre québécois célèbre et un draveur exceptionnel qui a changé l’histoire du Canada à lui tout-seul! // March 2026 – Wakefield Theatre, Gatineau – Performance in English - An exceptional show with my dear storyteller friend Janet LeRoy. French-Canadian history and folk tales are sometimes incredible, scary, funny, sad, or surprising…or all of these at once! Among these stories, we find a werewolf, a woman abandoned on an island, a famous Quebec painter, and an exceptional log driver who single-handedly changed the history of Canada!

OYÉ OYÉ, dear anglophone and bilingual friends, I am honored to promote our next storytelling show at 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 24 at the Wakefield Community Centre. “The Adventurous - Stories of French Canada” (in English) is returning! My storytelling friend, Janet LeRoy and I first presented these stories at the National Art Centre a few years ago.

Déc. 2025, Ferme Dalton, Gatineau – Dans une jolie petite école de la ferme et décorée pour l’occasion, trois classiques de Noël pour mes nouveaux petits amis : «Le farfadet Vert-Pomme», «Le dauphin de Noël» et un condensé du «Moussaillon aux oreilles en portes-de-grange». Une belle participation et attention de mes jeunes auditeurs, bravo les enfants!
