🚨🚨🚨Pantomime job Alert!📣📣📣

Seeking two members of backstage crew for the popular annual family pantomime at Campus West in Welwyn Garden City, this Christmas.

DSM
We are currently Seeking a DSM / Company Manager for our Panto “Dick Whittington,". This is a In House production here at Campus West in Welwyn Garden City. You would be responsible for Liaising with the Director, cast and crew throughout the run including rehearsals and would be calling the show, You would be working with a small dedicated and enthusiastic team and reporting to Campus West management while being supported by our Stage Manager. In addition to calling the show you would be required to send out call times and rehearsal schedules and do daily show reports.
Rehearsals start on the 17th of November and the load out date is the 4th of January 27

DSM buyout fee - £5557.83 plus pro rata holiday payment

Sound OP
We currently require a Sound Operative for our production of Dick Whittington, you would initially be working with our sound designer to set up additional sound equipment required for this production and would then be responsible for running the sound equipment throughout the run including the use and maintenance of all microphones and other sound related equipment and the operation of all recorded playback, you would also be supporting the three piece band with their sound requirements.
This position has a start date of 26th of November and the load out date for the production is the 4th of January.

Sound Op buyout fee -£4512.70 plus pro rata holiday payment

We’re looking for 18+ year old dancers to join the cast of ‘𝑫𝒊𝒄𝒌 𝑾𝒉𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒐𝒏’ this year!

You should have experience in all dance styles plus be comfortable with acting and musical theatre. 🕺

📆 Auditions are on Sunday 13 September 2026.

You must be available for all rehearsals (dates on our website), as well as the performances which take place between 7th December 2026 to 3rd January 2027.

THE NEWS IS OUT 👀🎭

The choreographer for this year’s panto at Campus West is… our very own Miss Hayley ✨

For obvious reasons, this has had to stay under wraps until after auditions, but we are SO excited to finally be able to share it 🎉

This is a huge achievement for both Hayley personally and DH Dance Academy, and to now be part of the creative team for such a huge and successful local production feels incredibly special!

She is so excited to be working alongside the wonderful teams at Campus West WGC and JoJo Panto Scripts

(Oh… and did we mention tickets are already on sale? 😅🎟️ If you’ve seen any of their previous pantos, you’ll know this is NOT one to be missed!)

Safe to say the whole team is VERY excited about this one!
