Designed for intermediate to advanced dancers (Ages 12–18), our Foundation 4–6 Intensive goes far beyond standard studio classes. This 5-day training experience focuses on high-level versatility, commercial readiness, and elite performance mechanics.

What You’ll Experience:

Commercial & Style Focus: Commercial Hip Hop Lab, House, Femme, and Audition Prep to prepare you for conventions and industry settings.

Contemporary, Ballet & Jazz Dynamics: Advanced partnering, weight-sharing mechanics, texture work, and elevation power for Grand Allegro.

Body Mechanics & Longevity: Dedicated cross-training in Turnout & Core Mechanics, PBT/Pilates, and Dancer Health to keep your body peak-conditioned.

Moving into competitive dance can feel like a big leap—literally! Our Level 1–3 ( Solomon Level) Summer Prep Intensive (Aug 16–20) is specifically designed for dancers ages 8–14 looking to build solid technique, learn new tricks, and boost stage confidence before fall choreography begins.

🎭 MUSICAL THEATRE
A brand-new opportunity for dancers to explore acting, singing, character work, choreography, and the magic of performing on stage!

💖 8-WEEK SESSIONS FOR PREPARATORY 1 & 2
Our youngest dancers can enjoy fun, age-appropriate dance experiences through flexible 8-week sessions—perfect for introducing little ones to the joy of movement!

🕺 ADULT CLASSES ARE BACK!
It’s time for the grown-ups to get moving! Whether you’re brand new to dance or ready to return to the studio, we’re excited to welcome our adult dancers back. ❤️
