An art event not to be missed is coming up next Friday. Heather Thomas Art is one of the featured artists in the Open Air Gallery at The Venue High River along with A.S. Helwig Studio and Janice Storch Photography. Visit the artists, enjoy some lovely treats and refreshments and enjoy a lively and insightful panel discussion.

Big thanks to our Kidz ART Zone kids for helping us field test a collective creation project. The young artists painting individual squares to create a mosiac image of a popular attraction. Can you see it? Can you name it?

One of the advantages of doing workshops in our studio is that we can go ahead whether we sell all our seats or only a couple. Last night, we had two incredibly talented artists join us for Paint Your Pet. Joanne and Karen did a great job on their dog portraits. Look at these cuties!
