Our AD/ED Andy is in Lorient, Brittany, France, for the Festival Interceltique - here's a clip from the giant pipe band and folkloric dance troupe parade from Sunday morning. A little bigger than the Harrison Canada Day Parade! The festival, like ours, is 10 days long - but there are 400 performances and around 1500 volunteers! Imagine that volunteer party!

We're still buzzing from the energy of our 47th annual Harrison Festival of the Arts! 🎉 It's taken us a little time to catch our breath after an incredible 10-day celebration, but we couldn't wait any longer to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made it possible. We were honoured to host talented artists from near and far, who mesmerized us on three stages, inspired us with hands-on workshops, and delighted kids of all ages with a special day just for them. Our Artisan Market on the beach was a treasure trove, and our thought-provoking gallery exhibit gathered lots of attention. None of this would have been possible without the tireless efforts of our amazing volunteers, staff, sponsors, and supporters. You are the backbone of our festival, and we're forever grateful! 🙏 Thank you! Mark your calendars for next year's festival: July 9-18th, 2027. We can't wait to do it all again! 🎉 Photo Cred: Haslettphoto

Coming tonight to the Harrison Memorial Hall is a show that you don't want to miss! Benin International Musical is bringing traditional songs, steamroller grooves, punk-hop riffs, and ceremonial singing to the Harrison Festival of the Arts for one night only. Through its performances, BIM bridges past and present, drawing on deeply rooted traditions while embracing the sounds of today’s global music landscape.

Come down and enjoy the show! Doors open at 7:30pm, show starts at 8:00pm.

For tickets, visit harrisonfestival.com or buy them in person at Ranger Station Art Gallery. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door.

Happening right now within the Artisan Market is the fantastic pop-up style mask-making workshop with Soozi Schlanger. But one of the cool things that came out of yesterday was the community sculpture that people can contribute to. Soozi is going to be there until 2 today, and she's set up right across from Muddy Waters! Come check it out!
