Cardus is looking for 8 unusual people who are allergic to the status quo. People who just might make a dent in the universe if given the right conditions to launch their project into the world. We believe that the discipline of stewardship requires us to strategically invest in emerging risk-takers for cultural renewal. From September to April, we'll provide structured space for eight outstanding

candidates to act on their ideas and dreams. Cardus U integrates three primary elements: a project that addresses a persistent problem, challenge or question that you experience considerable angst over, workshops with access to major players and Life Together reflection with an uncommonly exceptional group of colleagues.
