Throwback Thursday: Rockton World’s Fair Royalty Through the Years 👑

This photo from 1966 captures a special moment in Rockton World's Fair history, the year of our very first Fair Queen Contest. That year, Carolyn McDonald was crowned the first Rockton World's Fair Queen, beginning a tradition that has evolved over six decades.

Today, the program has grown into our Fair Ambassador Program, welcoming both young women and young men. We now also crown a Youth Ambassador and Silver Ambassador, who represent the Rockton Fair and our community throughout the year. Our ambassadors also have the opportunity to compete at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) each August alongside representatives from fairs across Ontario.

Join us for the RAS' Father’s Day Mystery Bingo! 🔎🎉
Saturday, June 20 at the Farm and Home Building. A night filled with mystery games, door prizes, and unlimited popcorn included with admission. Grab your lucky dauber and bring your friends for a fun night out!
Tickets can be purchased on the RAS website under events.
🎟 $30 each or reserve a table of 8 for $220
