Don’t miss our screenings of Canadian sapphic romance MONTREAL, MY BEAUTIFUL!

The film follows Feng Xia, 53, a Chinese immigrant and mother in Montreal, who has long lived under obligation to family, culture, and a loveless marriage. When she meets Camille, a spirited young Québécoise, a suppressed longing surfaces.

Over a warm, joyful Montreal summer, Feng Xia risks everything to choose herself, embarking on a forbidden love and a long-overdue path to self-discovery. Her awakening becomes a confrontation with identity, exile, and the price of liberation.

BIG NIGHT turns 30 this year, and we’re celebrating with a one-night-only screening in partnership with Valentino’s! 🍝

Join us at The Westdale on JUNE 24 for a tribute to cucina Italiana. your ticket includes a spread of authentic Italian finger foods and treats, generously provided by Valentino’s. Expect Mini Arancini, Caprese Sticks, Timpano Bites, and Almond Cookies for dessert. Of course, Hamilton’s best popcorn and all your favorite concession snacks will also be available.

Our Pride Month screening of MOONLIGHT is only one week away!!! 🏳️‍🌈

Not only are we pumped because it's a staff favourite, but this film is also a part of our RAINBOW REELS film talk series hosted by Laura McVey. That means that after the film, you get to hang out with your fellow film lovers and chat about the film!

🎶While this isn't a real comment that we received, it sure does sum up our excitement for Suzie McNeil coming back for her Line 49 Album Release show! On June 26, is debuting her new show “Line 49”, reimagining Canadian classic songs through the rich, passionate lens of soul music.

With powerhouse vocals, rich arrangements and a spirit that’s 100% maple, this performance celebrates Canadian music from a JUNO-nominated singer-songwriter, and reveals a whole new way to feel it.
