How it started:
This was my first project ever. I am a HUGE Star Wars fan and I wanted a plush Lothcat (from the Rebels cartoon). However, I didn’t really like any that were available. At the same time I am also a big Harry Potter fan and LOVE Nifflers. While looking for plushies I came across someone who made custom Niffler “art dolls”. I had no idea what an “art doll” was. So tones of research later I decided to try and make my own version of a Lothcat Art Doll.
It took months of research before I could even start because I had never used polymer clay before and I definitely could not sew! LOL! I was really starting to doubt my ability to actually make anything remotely good.
Fortunately I came across the YouTube channel for Kaypea Creations. I owe a lot to her for her free tutorials and her VERY encouraging attitude towards newbies ❤️❤️❤️
So, I built up enough courage to start. There were certainly a lot of mistakes and redoing things, but, I did end up with something I was pretty proud of.
