Very excited to bring another batch of Tiny Wooden Robots to the lobby of 2b theatre in the iconic Video Difference building on Quinpool Road for Nocturne: Art at Night, once again featuring the mesmerizing sounds of Shuvanjen Karmaker.

Nocturne: Art at Night is Kjipuktuk / Halifax's annual free all-night contemporary art festival. The event is the largest art festival in Atlantic Canada and its additional programming uses art as a catalyst for connection.

This new piece I showcased at a few months back sums up my feelings about the recent sweeping cuts announced by the . In addition to devastating the arts, these cuts will undermine hundreds of community‑based programs that many vulnerable people rely on for daily support. I will be joining my fellow Nova Scotians this coming Wednesday. I hope I see you there. ALT A tiny seated wooden figure cringes in a moment of frustration.
