Enlightened Management was founded by Andrew Turner, music industry veteran: the goal simple really; create an artist (recording/touring) management company that goes beyond touring, releases and day to day management of the standard - but takes the artistsʼs life health and general wellbeing as the underlying force and inspiration behind each decision. Resulting in a more balanced approach to the
presently unhealthy and unsustainable method of managing the high stress of performing artists. At EM, we understand how to align a career path with the desired destination - and it is our mission to make this path as smooth as possible for our clients - aligning marketing, production, distribution and performances for Bands and Solo Artists.
