Enlightened Management was founded by Andrew Turner, music industry veteran: the goal simple really; create an artist (recording/touring) management company that goes beyond touring, releases and day to day management of the standard - but takes the artistsʼs life health and general wellbeing as the underlying force and inspiration behind each decision. Resulting in a more balanced approach to the

presently unhealthy and unsustainable method of managing the high stress of performing artists. At EM, we understand how to align a career path with the desired destination - and it is our mission to make this path as smooth as possible for our clients - aligning marketing, production, distribution and performances for Bands and Solo Artists. Enlightened Management provides a unique combination of professional management and personal relationship that isnʼt found in most management companies. Yes, we have the industry experience to get the results, but we also genuinely care about the long term success and wellbeing of our artists.
