Halifax! We still have a handful of tickets for Michael Blaustein in the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium next week.

He is one of the fastest rising stand up comedians working today. His viral stand up comedy clips have amassed over 900 Million views across all social media platforms. He has sold out venues across the world, most recently closing out his successful 2025 tour year with over 70,000 tickets sold.

Big News from Dalhousie Arts Centre!

We’re thrilled to kick off the announcement of our 2026–2027 suite of DAC Presents shows with an incredible first reveal…

JB Smoove is coming to Halifax!

An Emmy Award-winning actor, comedian, producer, and writer, JB Smoove has been making audiences laugh around the world for over 30 years with his one-of-a-kind comedic style. Known for his iconic role as Leon Black on "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and highlights like hosting NBC’s "Last Comic Standing" and his fan-favourite stand-up special "How I Dooz It", JB’s energy, storytelling, and physical comedy have firmly established him as one of the most dynamic performers in the business and a “comedian’s comedian”.

We couldn’t be more excited to welcome him to the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium on October 27, 2026 as part of an unforgettable year ahead!

Tickets to his 7:30pm performance go on sale this Friday, June 12, at noon via the Dalhousie Arts Centre Box Office.

ICYMI: Akaash Singh has announced his "Generational Triumph Tour" will be making a stop in Halifax at the Rebecca Cohn Auditorium on November 20, presented by MRG Live.

Akaash Singh is a nationally touring stand-up comedian, podcaster, and actor. His career took off with many television shows including MTV's "Wild'n Out", Netflix's "Brown Nation", and HBO's "The Leftovers". After finding success in TV, he pivoted his focus toward the now hugely successful podcast "Flagrant", co-created with fellow comedian and good friend, Andrew Schulz. Then he moved his attention to his stand up comedy career. His comedy specials and clips have amassed almost 2 BILLION total views on YouTube alone. His newest special, "Gaslit", released in 2024, is already over 6 million views.
