And just like that, Spring Awakening has come to a close. 💜

What an incredible three weeks! To this cast, I am so incredibly proud of you. Thank you for trusting each other, taking risks, and continuing to explore and discover new things right up until the very last performance. Watching this show grow throughout rehearsals and the run was such a joy. What a wonderful group of humans.

To our stage manager, musicians, crew, photographer, and volunteers, THANK YOU! So much work goes into making a show like this happen, and I am so incredibly grateful for all the time, energy, and love you put into it.

And Halifax... WOW. What a welcome!!

Our very first production here, and you showed up for us in such a big way. The sold-out houses, the conversations after performances, the kind and generous messages, and all the support throughout these past three weeks. It’s meant so much to all of us, and I really can’t thank you enough.

It’s always bittersweet saying goodbye to a show, especially one that’s been such a special experience from beginning to end. But I’m so happy we got to share this one together.

Thank you, everyone, for making our Spring Awakening what it was. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick off our first Halifax season.

-Josh
