What we’re all about / the story so far
Northern Nights was formed in January 2018 by Halifax-area DJ/Producers XK and Joel Freck. In 2018 we held Friday night residency at Reflections Cabaret in Halifax for 9 months during the venue’s change in management, hosting a total of 15 other influential DJs and producers from across Eastern Canada, and contributing over $300 to local non-profits. We also held an event at The Dome as part of their renaissance as a major venue for electronic music, and had the fastest-growing Facebook audience out of any similar event series or collectives in the province since launching the page in April. Our shows are a safe and welcoming environment and we urge everyone to party responsibly and respect those around them. We look forward to bringing you more great shows in 2019 and expanding our horizons beyond Nova Scotia. Give us a shout via PM if you’d like to talk business or just say hi!
