inesS® Circus is an Aerial Circus Arts and fitness Community located in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Our team is a collective of highly qualified instructors specializing in Aerial Circus Arts, Pole Sport, Pilates, GYROTONIC®, and more. SHAPESHIFTING FOR POLE CREATURES 90min
Transform your favorite foundational moves into something magical! In this workshop, you’ll take Pole Sit, Figurehead, Stargazer, Jasmine and more, and explore accents, grip variations, and playful movement techniques to make them your own. No inverts required, just a basic knowledge of beginner upright moves. We’ll play on both static and spin poles to keep things dynamic and fun. 
Level Intermediate (Level 5 and up Iness curriculum)

POLE GEOMETRY 90 min
Dive into Natasha Wang’s signature style, packed with yoga-inspired shapes, grip variations, threading, and twisty shapes and combos. This workshop will challenge you to explore movement in new ways and get playfully “tied up” in the process. We’ll work on both spin and static poles to keep things dynamic. 
Pre-Requisites: Inside & Outside Leg hang, Brass Monkey, Jamilla 
Level: Intermediate–Advanced

Are You Looking for a New Aerial Challenge? 

Flying Pole Fundamentals is a new class starting Fridays at 7:45. 

Join Kaitlyn for an in depth journey on a new apparatus. This class is open to all intermediate level aerialists who want to explore a new form of aerial acrobatics. Prior experience in pole is not required as you will learn the basics from the ground level with an experienced instructor who is passionate about gaining strength and proper technique.

Come join us for a night of live entertainment inspired by our favourite Cartoon and Comic Book Heroes. Epic performances on Pole, Aerial Hoop, Silks, Flying Pole, Trapeze and more! 
A mix of both students and instructors will WOW you with fabulous costumes, musical interpretation and skills you only thought possible in the ‘Toons 🌀📺🌀

Aerial Circus camp will be the highlight of your child’s summer. 
Fly on the Trapeze, get wrapped up in the Silks and hang around in the Hoop. 
Daily activities like flow arts and acrobatics will fuel your child’s imagination, boost confidence, and give their creativity a chance to shine.

Building on the success of 2023’s Aerial Opera — an electrifying production of soprano arias with four aerialists and two pianists that had audiences cheering — Aerial Keys continues the silk-and-keys collaboration, this time crafted especially for families.

Lynette Wahlstrom: a versatile, expressive pianist — pianist for Halifax Camerata Singers and Symphony Nova Scotia Chorus, Director of Music at First Baptist Church Halifax, and sought-after répétiteur and vocal coach. Lynette’s playing brings storytelling, colour, and wonder to audiences of all ages.
