On the bright side, Bobi will teach a Zumba Fitness class at 6:45pm to replace Cardio Dance Fit. Whoop Whoop!

Ball Rolling to Tone, Lengthen and Realign Your Body
April 12th at 11:00 to 1:00

A guided self assessment of your body’s posture/alignment followed by a ball rolling session to realign and lengthen muscles. Explore the instant effects of ball rolling which lengthens muscles thus freeing restrictions and improving movement fluidity. It’s a workout, a massage, and a chiropractic session all in one!

Very limited enrollment of 15 people.
