The thing that makes someone interesting is usually the thing they spent years trying to hide.

Too loud.
Too quiet.
Too feminine.
Too masculine.
Too much.
Not enough.

Then one day they walk into a studio, climb a pole, spin on a hoop and realize there was never anything wrong with them in the first place.

Each class starts with a warm-up, then we dive into choreography inspired by an iconic 2000s track, with time to really dance it out. The focus? Sharper retention, smoother transitions, performance quality — and unapologetic fun! 💥

All levels welcome. Yes, even if you’ve “never been good at choreo.”
Dress comfy, dress sexy, dress like you’re in the music video.
