We love because He first Loved us…..And I’m changing the word “Loved” to “Loves”. Why?

Because Jesus still lives. His unconditional love still exists for us…..to this day and hour. He rose up to Heaven, from the grave, to join His Father….and since that day, He hasn’t changed one bit.

So don’t worry too much about your work, studies or financial problems…..His love will guide your heart, hands, feet, words and thoughts. You just have to let your heart follow Him and accept Him as your Savior.

There is NO other way!

I have truly seen God’s gracious hand during my hectic work trips. Even though I wasn’t able to worship with my husband and my church family, every Sunday, He never ceases to amaze me and that’s the hope I hold onto…..to see where He will take me next.

The joy that comes when He is near,
The rest He gives, so free from fear,
The hope in Him so bright and clear,
Is more than tongue can tell.

✨1 Year Anniversary for Lantern Calligraphy✨

Even though I opened the doors 4 years ago, 1 year marks us re-launching our Etsy store and introducing new designs and prints.

I have learnt a lot from my mistakes and, truth be told, having a personal business has a lots of ups and downs…..mostly downs hah!

God continues to be gracious and guides me through my trials…..I had to take it one day at a time, trying to find solutions for my problems and not make the same mistakes.

I have definitely grown my skill set as a Calligrapher…especially with designs and color. I still remember the day when I thought to myself “I am never going to use flourishes for my calligraphy prints…..why would artists use flourishes? It takes too long to draw them out!!”….lo and behold, I love flourishing and every single product has some sort of flower or leaves on them 😂

My heart is full and I will always be grateful for this gift God has blessed me with and I am excited for the future.
