The PAINT 'N PARTY NITE hot spot in Grande Prairie! All events at BETTER THAN FRED'S are 18+. All events at RED ROCK URBAN BBQ are family events ages 10+.

We also book private functions at your own location, or in our private back room at Better Than Fred's. Private events booked on artist & room availability.

Sorry, there are NO refunds for

NO SHOWS. IF YOU CANCEL your booking we will provide a refund, but ONLY if we are able to RE-FILL your reserved spot as seats are very limited. EMAILS ARE ANSWERED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED so PLEASE ALLOW US TIME TO RESPOND. We try to reply within 24 HOURS but if you email us after hours or on weekends, expect at least 48 HOURS to respond. ;)

WE UPDATE EVENTS FREQUENTLY So if an event is NOT listed as "SOLD OUT" then we still have spots available! Sorry, we cannot register you thru a PM or COMMENT on our page!

To register for multiple events submit a separate registration form for each date.

Include ALL guests you're registering. You will be required to pay the total amount of your registrations with ONE e-transfer.

1. READ THRU THIS ENTIRE SECTION It includes time sensitive registration info, terms & policies.

2. COMPLETE the REGISTRATION Form (at the end of these instructions) Once you SUBMIT the registration form, you will immediately receive a copy of your request.

3. EXPECT our CONFIRMATION REPLY within 48 hrs Do NOT SEND your PAYMENT UNTIL you get this as it also includes payment instructions.

If you don't get our reply within 48hrs: Check in your JUNK folder for misdirection by your provider. Then call (or text) Angelina at (780) 814-3356

4. SEND YOUR PAYMENT AS INSTRUCTED USE the PASSWORD we PROVIDE YOU in our CONFIRMATION email.

5. YOUR PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED within 24hrs of CONFIRMATION. 6. WATCH YOUR INBOX for a NOTIFICATION from YOUR BANK that your e-transfer WAS ACCEPTED by us. THAT IS THE FINAL STEP and means your booking is complete. . . . . .

LAST MINUTE REGISTRATION (Within 48 hrs of the event) Send your REGISTRATION request as outlined above, THEN IMMEDIATELY call or text Angelina at (780) 814-3356

DROP INS DO NOT just show up. Follow our LAST MINUTE REGISTRATION as shown above.

REGISTRATION NAME CHANGES CHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE EVENT. If someone in your party is unable to attend and you wish to bring a different guest in their place, you may substitute that guest, but you must request this change in ADVANCE (up to 24 hours prior to the event).

We do not refund for guest changes. You must work out your own arrangements with your guests.

REFUND POLICY There are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS for NO-SHOWS or GUEST CHANGES

CANCELLATION POLICY For cancellations, we only offer a refund or credit when BOTH of the following APPLY: 1) The event is listed as " SOLD OUT", -AND ; 2) We are able to REFILL YOUR SPOT with another guest from our wait list.

ORDERING FOOD If you want to order food, please arrive early and enjoy your meal in the main bar area before you come to the backroom to paint. Advise your server you are attending Paint 'N Party. . . . . . . . .
