It is with great pleasure I write to you with notice that following a review of your membership, factoring in recent accomplishments and participation in AFC exhibits and programs, you have been recommended for promotion from Associate Member to Signature Member status within the Artists for Conservation artist community.

This is now reflected on your personal AFC website and in AFC online member listings. Signature Membership entitles you to several new benefits including:

Prestige of being accepted a member of the highest order in the world's leading nature art organization;
Expanded opportunities for participation in all AFC festivals, exhibitions, special projects and international tours;
Eligibility to participate in the AFC Flag Expeditions Fellowship Program;
Eligibility to participate in special AFC Expeditions and projects;
Expanded representation on the AFC website;
Expanded professional features on your AFC website (Workshops, Online Store, Press Coverage, Galleries);
Eligibility to post workshops;
Priority featuring on the AFC website in news, workshops, art and event coverage ;
Priority recognition on AFC's social media channels;
Signature Membership title status, allowing you to use "AFC" suffix after your name.
Membership certificate indicating Signature status which can be downloaded and printed from your dashboard.
Once per year, we review Associate Membership for a small number of candidates deserving of promotion. Demonstrated support of AFC’s mission and having work selected twice by the jury into the AFC Exhibit are important factors in this decision.

I painted a few smaller pieces this past year, and two of them have been accepted into the 2027 calendar exhibition for the Federation Of Canadian artists.

Second day of three show days here at the Glass House winery at Langley BC! Here's a few shots from today. There are 18 other artists, all just superb quality of work here.

That second last photo, we noticed an eagle landing in her nest across the road yesterday. Regal bird, the eagle....

Happy to find out today that my painting Island Sentry, was purchased from the online show by the Federation of Canadian Artists! This would be my first sale, though I've had many paintings in these shows, so pretty exciting for me!
