At Ark, we try to foster a healthy relationship with competition but we also prioritize our dancers as humans!

Sometimes the point isn’t that they got a gold, it’s that they accomplished a new skill they were working on.

Or they helped another dancer who was scared in the wings.

Or they got themselves ready for the first time.

The list of wins go on and on. So the next time you think of asking “did you win?”, be specific 😊
