Meet our Founder: Ali Boychuk
How much can one learn about an artist by looking at her work? A review of my pieces reveals a great deal about my life and passions. My work captures the energy and lyricism of my artistic process. It betrays my fascination with intricacies created by different strokes in paintbrushes. It brings to the fore the bounds of full expression fine art gives me, a display of my imagination, unrestricted by any of the practical considerations. Everyday life. Faces. Shadows. Paintings. Photography. Nature. Architecture. It's all about the beauty and stimulating things that surround us, replicated on canvas or the body. I hold a Diploma in Fine Arts from Grande Prairies Regional College and am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a major in painting from Alberta University of the Arts. I also hold a certification in Blood Borne Pathogens. In addition to painting and tattooing, I am also involved in community art occasions, supporting and promoting local businesses, working with emerging artists, interior design and renovation, and hosting painting events. With each story I tell, I invite the viewer to join me in this exploration of beauty and interpretation of the subject.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, with no exceptions. You must call the artist or message the studio's page and provide a minimum of 72hours' notice to change an appointment for your deposit to be carried over. We do not accept Instagram DMs as valid notice of cancellation. Any cancellations without 72 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit. In order to carry over your deposit you MUST re-book at the time of cancellation, or forfeit the deposit. Any tattoo deposits must be used within six months from the original appointment date. There is a maximum of two reschedules before you forfeit your non-refundable deposit. If you do not show up for an appointment or arrive late and your appointment must be rescheduled, you forfeit your deposit. You will start being charged at the agreed-upon tattoo time. If you wish to arrive late, you are now cutting into another clients appointment time. Deposits come off the final session cost of your tattoo.
