The Grande Cache Recreation Centre invites families to a Pumpkin Carving Event on Sunday, October 25, 2026.

Pre-registration is required, with a maximum of 10 families per session.

🕐 Available Time Slots
• 1:00 to 1:45 pm
• 2:00 to 2:45 pm
• 3:00 to 3:45 pm

During your registered time slot, you'll enjoy:

🎃 A pumpkin for each child to carve
☕ Hot chocolate and refreshments
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A cozy space to connect with other families

The Grande Cache Recreation Centre will be holding its annual Spin-A-Thon on November 14, 2026, from 10 am - 4 pm, in hopes of raising community awareness of men's mental health, su***de prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.

Gather a team of four, or sign up solo, and we'll match you with a team to spin in the 6-hour event on Saturday, November 14, 2026.

Registration closes 5:oo pm on November 6. Once registered, fees are sent to Movember Canada, so no refunds. Space for participants is limited. If registering as a team, the entire team must register at the same time. No desire at all to spin... You can support this event by coming to the Recreation Centre to cheer on the spinners. There will be a donation collection bucket with all donations, including the registration fees, being sent to Movember Canada.

🏓Hey Pickleball Fans!

One pickleball net will continue to remain open at the Grande Cache Recreation Centre until further notice. Closures may occur due to facility conditions and bookings.

Racquets and balls are available for use. (Badminton equipment not provided.) Regular drop-in fees or membership rates apply. See you on the court!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined our Beyond the Gates hike on Saturday, September 12! We loved welcoming both locals and visitors to Grande Cache, including some adventurous guests all the way from Ontario!

Together, we explored Eaton Falls, took in the stunning Sulphur Gates lookouts, and enjoyed mountain views dusted with fresh snow. Thanks for spending your Saturday with us exploring, learning, and making memories in our beautiful backyard. We hope you had as much fun as we did!
