UPDATE : September 2 Music in the Park is cancelled 🥲

Due to the rain overnight and the likelihood of more rain in the forecast today, tonight’s Music in the Park is cancelled, sorry .

We really appreciate all the support this year, please keep your eyes open for year end posts asking for feedback from our community of music fans and musicians so we can keep improving the event for everyone !

Hey, Grand Forks Music in the Park fans, our summer season is coming to an end !! Last show this week is Safe Patient, let’s all come out and show these local rockers some love !! They got rained out back in June so they are taking the last spot, looking forward ending the summer with a super show !

As usual, Gyro Park Wednesday September 2nd, 7-9 pm ! See you there 👍👍

The board of directors really want to express our thanks to all of the great fans of live music who come out week after week and generously show your support for the bands, we wouldn’t be doing this without you. Also thanks to all of the musicians who entertain us every week, it has been a pleasure seeing your shows. Thank you to the City of Grand Forks for all your support and keeping the park in great shape. And thank you to all the previous organizers, businesses and community groups who have supported us over the years, building this event into what it is today !!

Today is looking like a great day for Music in the Park !! Clear skies and Mad Dog 2020 are going to be there 7-9 pm ish in Gyro Park !!

Second last show of the season, Safe Patient who were rained out in early June are making up that show September 2nd !

Grateful for another year of great music, awesome music fans, and mostly favourable weather, thank you !! 👍

Hey Grand Forks Music in the Park fans, skies have been clearing and we have Mad Dog 2020 playing August 26 in Gyro Park. Well known local rock band will be rocking the park, come on out for a fun night !! 2nd last show of the season.

We will have the Night Market on the Gallery 2 grounds and Gallery 2 will also be open as they have all season. Thanks for being there with us to give the best experience we can.

T shirts are $25 and can be ordered directly from Route 3 downtown using the barcode.

Skies are cleared up lately, hoping that continues to this Wednesday Music in the Park !!

If you have been following the schedule, Baker Street Blues was next up, unfortunately they have had unforeseen health issues and won’t be able to play.

Fortunately we have local trio, Mudsucker, playing authentic electric blues August 19, 7-9 pm. Harvey Miner, Mark Wolford and Kevin Welch will be rocking the park with their lively blues music to keep your feet moving !! See you there 👍👍

Hey Grand Forks live music fans, we have Kicking Horse Showband this Wednesday bringing their mix of classic rock to Gyro Park, 7-9 pm !! Look forward to seeing you there !

Remember that the Night Market is on across the street at Gallery 2 and Gallery 2 is also open for you to check out. Especially if the skies are a little smoky and you need to take a break.
