Support that pays!
Nobody talks about this part of the job.
The deal that took months to build, the client you fought for, the negotiation you stayed up late perfecting, and then it falls apart the day before closing. You sit in your car for five minutes, let yourself feel it, wipe your face, and walk into the next showing like nothing happened.
That is not weakness. That is one of the hardest kinds of resilience there is.
Most brokerages never see that moment. They see the closed deals, the production numbers, the commission checks. They do not see what it costs an agent to keep showing up at their best, deal after deal, disappointment after disappointment.
Agents who carry that kind of resilience deserve more than a brokerage that benefits from it. They deserve one that actually supports it. Real training. Real community. A structure that has their back on the hard days, not just the closing days.
That resilience built this industry. It is time a brokerage finally honored it.
