It’s been a hot minute…

1970 SS Chevelle I finished for my Dad for Christmas. Growing up he had a Chevelle and has always wanted another. Unfortunately, I can’t afford the actual car so this is the next best thing. I’ve planned on making him this for quite some time now. I have 50+ hours on it; I lost track at some point. Not a bad outcome for having not touched my saw in almost 4 years 🤪.

Hi everyone!!

I just wanted to provide an update because people keep messaging me wanting to place an order and I keep getting anxiety from saying no (lol).

For the foreseeable future I’m going to close up shop. I simply don’t have time to fulfill any orders or create new stock. My partner’s family suffered from a tremendous loss recently. He lost his Dad a few months back after losing his Mom only a few years prior. We’ve been elbow deep in Renos for the past few months trying to get the family home updated. It’s been a lot of work and every free minute I have is going into the house right now.

I absolutely plan to be back though. I had high hopes for Halloween and some creations I’ve been itching to make but life throws curveballs. Once the house is complete I’ll have more time to dedicate to this woodworking passion again. I’m in charge of cupboards at the house so I’m still getting my fill regardless 😂.

I appreciate each and every one of you so much! I’m not on this page often anymore so if I take a while to answer I apologize. Sometimes I mistakenly switch to this account because it is linked to my personal.

I’ve met so many great makers and customers who became friends from this little business and I’m so proud of how many of you are still kicking ass with your businesses 💪.

This is goodbye for now but definitely not forever!!

Another big guy complete! I haven’t really made any large name signs yet so this was a good opportunity for learning. It measures 32 inches in total. Wishing the soon-to-be newly weds all the best!!

I had full intentions of making a reel with the last two customs I completed but I just don’t have time. It’s all lot of work so remember that when you’re scrolling past your favourite small business accounts and not throwing them a like. Running social media pages for business accounts is a whole other job on its own…

Finished this guy. I haven’t really had the opportunity to do any designs with some dimension and layering so this was a lot of fun to make.

UPDATE 💫

Hi everyone 👋 it’s been a minute since I’ve been active on here. Thank you to everyone who has stuck around, I haven’t lost too many followers considering I haven’t been making posts. Thank you to everyone on my order list who has been patient with me, I super appreciate you!

Life has been busy. We got a new Irish setter puppy named Murphy and I started a new full time job which I absolutely love and am hoping to eventually get permanent with. With that being said, my gears have shifted a bit. I’m going to be finishing off the remaining customs and not taking anymore for the foreseeable future.

If I have some time I might open a few spots for customs here and there which I will announce via post and story. I still plan to make things but I will be focusing on making bulk items for stores and maybe some more detailed, higher price points too. So stay tuned!

I’m going to be reaching out to a couple people tonight about designs so please keep an eye out 😊. There are a few people who I haven’t reached out to yet who were on my waitlist, if this is you and you’re still interested, please send me a msg and we will get your order completed. It is going to take me a bit longer to get customs completed because I only have time on the weekends but rest assured, I will absolutely make sure they’re all made within a few weeks of the date you need them!

As always, I love you guys! You’re the heart of why I’m able to experiment with this craft of mine. You make it possible and it means so much. I appreciate all of you who chose to stick around and continue to ❤️.

Picture of them all together ft. my messy background 😂. Daylight savings makes it reaaaal hard to get pictures when it’s dark at 4PM…

Each time I finish a batch of signs they’re basically my babies at the end. Any other makers feel that way about their work?!

I had fun making this one! I had to adjust the lettering a couple times so I was able to cut it, the actual logo has even skinnier letters.

Rachel from is so sweet! I’ve gotten to know her from being on this platform and consider her one of my maker friends. She is a really talented digital artist who makes stickers and macrame ornaments. Go give her a follow and show her account some love 🖤.

I’d love to do more logo signs in the new year so if you’ve been in the market for one, you know where to find me😊. I’m planning on doing my own too so that will be some fret work that I don’t get to do as often!

Ready just in time for spooky season!

I had so much fun making this one. It’s quickly become one of my favourite signs to date.

Fun fact: I was heavily involved in the theatre scene during university. I completed a theatre certificate and took a few stage courses which I LOVED. This sign reminds me of those days.

The weather is gloomy here in Cape Breton and I had every intention of getting some nice photos outside with quality lighting but I don’t think it’s in the cards for me. This reel will have to do!
