I'm thrilled to be subbing for the delectable Jan Jensen at the Sechelt Aquatic Centre tomorrow September 30th. Class starts at 9:15am sharp and your drop in fee includes access to the sauna, steam room and pool. What a glorious way to treat your body after your treat your body...

Happy Almost New Year!
Hope you all had a good Christmas, Hanukah, Kwanzaa, etc.

I wish to invite you to a special extended New Year's Eve Nia tomorrow 10-11:30am at Danceworks Studio. By donation with proceeds to the food bank.

We will use ceremony to consciously release the old and welcome the new for 2017!
