For the women who open their doors every morning, who show up even when they’re tired, overwhelmed, or quietly carrying more than anyone knows. For the women who are building something with heart, courage, and grit—often with very little room for error.
I want to acknowledge something that doesn’t get said enough: online cruelty can cut deeply, especially when it’s public, permanent, and often unfair. Reviews and comments don’t always reflect the full picture. They rarely capture context, humanity, or the fact that everyone—everyone—has off days.
We are not machines. We are people. We are doing our best with what we have on that day.
A difficult moment, a misstep, or a bad review does not define your worth or your work. It does not erase the care you put in, the customers you’ve helped, or the community you contribute to. And it certainly doesn’t mean you won’t be back at the top of your game tomorrow.
This letter isn’t meant to confront negativity or engage with bullies. Instead, it’s here to say something much more important: you are not alone, and you are understood.
There are women watching quietly, cheering you on, and holding compassion for you—even when it feels loud out there. We see the effort. We see the courage it takes to keep going. And we believe that kindness matters more than criticism.
Let’s choose compassion—especially when we don’t know what someone is facing behind the scenes. Let’s support rather than tear down. Let’s remember that communities grow stronger when women support women.
We have your backs.Keep going.
With solidarity and care,
Florence Bevan
