Are there 3 bands in the Sechelt/Gibsons area that need somewhere to rehearse on a regular weekly basis for the next 7 months? $400 a month, for 1 four hour session per week, paid on the first of each month. It’s a fully equipped pro rehearsal studio with pro drums, pro bass amp, guitar cab (bring your own head) 4 - individual mix vox monitors and 4 vocal mic’s. I’m shutting the studio down when the lease is up in November, but earlier if no one wants a monthly space.
