I’m getting through firing all the kids’ work from March. They made SO MUCH STUFF 🥵 Trying to move through it quicker, I did a fast glaze firing so I wouldn’t have to wait soooo long. I usually run the same slow cooling firing program for all our glazes because it seems to suit matte and glossy glazes just fine and it’s easy to fire everything at the same time. Turns out a ‘natural’ cooling is really nice for some of our glazes! 🤓 1: top natural cool, bottom slow cool, more vibrant blues in the natural cool, greens in the slow cool 2: top slow cool, bottom natural cool, lighter orange in the natural cool 3: top natural cool, bottom slow cool, wow!
