We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! 🍁

When we started building Blair, we hoped people would want to celebrate here. The last few weeks have shown us they do. Birthdays, family get-togethers, and this week, our very first wedding. 🤍 Thank you for trusting us with your special days. It means more than we can say!

We still have dates through the holidays for showers, birthdays, a family Christmas or a team dinner. Send us a message and we’ll walk you through it.

Planning is easier when you can see it. Before your event, we sit down with you and plan the room together. We try different layouts until it feels right, then we set it all up so you don't have to. Every table and chair is already included in your rental.

If you’d like to see the space in person, send us a message! 😊

We’ve been waiting on these for a while, so we’re so happy to finally show you. Our crossback chairs are here!

Every booking comes with a choice: 60 classic white chairs or 60 crossback chairs. Both are included in your rate, so it just comes down to the look you love.

Tell us which one you’d pick. We’re curious. :)

Five weddings in our own family taught us just how quickly the “little things” become a very long list.

Backdrop. Tableware. Linens. Sound equipment. Lighting. Things you may only need for one day, but still have to source, transport, set up, and figure out what to do with afterward.

When we created Blair, we wanted to take some of that work off the list. The essentials are already here, so you can focus your time and budget on the details that make the celebration your own.

Swipe through to see what’s already included, and save this for when you’re comparing venues.

We are the family behind Blair Event Studio 👋🏽

Did you know the name Blair comes from the street where our family’s first home in Canada was? It’s where we started over and figured out a new country, all while doing what we’ve always done: bringing people together. Building a place for other people to gather felt like the right way to carry that name forward.

We’re excited to share that booking opens September 1st 🤍

A peek at the lobby area. Still a few corners to finish, but here’s how it’s coming together. Somewhere to sit while you wait, catch your breath, or step away from the noise for a minute.
