Last few pop ups for the season 🤩
It's been SO much fun offering specialty classes each month, working with dancers who are working hard towards their goals, and soaking up every opportunity they can to IMPROVE 🙌
I love the community of dancers these sessions have brought together, and who woulda thought dancers from literally all over the world 🌍 would be tuning in each month!!!
Each pop up inspires me and I love getting to share exercises and techniques dancers can take into their practices.

Upper body, arms & presentation
we’ll cover:
🙌🏻 upper body and arm strengthening exercises so your arms stay strong, controlled, and don’t start wiggling by the end of your dance
🙌🏻 endurance-based circuits to help you maintain placement and power from start to finish
🙌🏻 simple posture and presentation cues to help you look more confident on stage
If you’ve ever felt like your arms start strong but don’t stay strong… or that your dancing doesn’t always look as confident as it feels, this session will give you the tools to change that 💪🏻✨
