Bankhead Beads I am Saulteau, apart of the Okanagan Indian band but taught to bead the Northern Tutchone way. I'm a stay at home Mom of 3 queens.

We celebrated Aleeyas initiation by coming down south to Kamloops for a powwow this weekend ♥️ also our last one of the season for us. We had a beautiful powwow family with us. Girls all danced hard. This is Veyhas last powwow as Tiny Tot and Kiyanna still just loves it. Aleeya danced hard and proud and placed 2nd in her category. Now I take the winter to create some new regalias for 2 juniors 😅♥️

Ontop of creating for my table to be a vendor this past weekend. I also had the absolute pleasure to create some pretties for the girls thank yous to give out at their initiation. The cabochons were custom made to match both girls regalias. Than beaded in their colors. I also made an extra pair for each of the girls as well as the mammas got some pretties too to match our girls ♥️

Wow ♥️ what a weekend. All 3 girls danced so good. Kiyanna loved it, even got her hair braided with extensions. Veyha is nailing that honor beat, she is very much ready for Junior Categories. Yay ill have 2 😍 and Aleeya, what a weekend for her, from being initiated into the circle, a birthday round dance, to her first tie breaker and hands down her dancing grew soooo much this weekend. She grew not just by age 😉 but spiritually too. So proud of her. Now I unpack to pack again to head to Kamloops for the last powwow of the season for us ♥️

Today is the day ♥️😍 so incredibly excited! Also day 3 of the market. Such incredible day visiting with people from all over. Seeing familiar faces and new ♥️ ill be open from 11 to 9 today but closed for a bit for the girls initiation and dancing. Much love to all
