Red Saw Woodcraft

Red Saw Woodcraft Welcome to Red Saw Carving! I create unique chainsaw carvings and wood crafts in Calgary, Alberta. Red Saw Woodcraft is my creative outlet and hobby. Questions?

My inspiration comes from many sources: nature, the classical elements, the seasons, and adventure. You'll see a variety of carvings here, including free-standing, relief carving, functional, and wall pieces. Carvings and crafts are created from local trees (mostly spruce and poplar) sourced from arborists and deadfall. Chainsaws, grinders, and sanders are all used in the creative process. I use a variety of finishing techniques including burning, stain, oil, dye, paint, and clear-coats. Inquire using Facebook Messenger and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Thank you for checking out the page.
