We’re so grateful for your support and the memories we’ve shared. We hope to return in the future with even more wonder, colour, and joy.

We’ve dimmed the lights a little bit earlier and are now officially closing our doors for this season’s Glow.

You can rest assured that our team is working tirelessly to continue to GLOW with you.✨ We are working with government officials to see if we can have a reasonable exception made for us to finish out the season.

We know that our event is contactless and safe. We also know that people need to have something to do and look forward to in this time of lockdown. Dear Customers and Glow Friends,
We realize we've been quieter than usual in the past 48 hours, and we thank you for your patience. Please know that we've been working feverishly behind the scenes to obtain permission to continue to operate, similar to retailers and restaurants who are allowed to offer drive-through or curb-side service.

At the time of this update, we're working with the Ministry of Health and Chief Medical Health Officer, Dr. Williams. This approach proved successful at our Glow location in Langley, BC, however, we don’t yet have a final answer for Ontario. We will see this conversation through to the end, and do everything we can to bring Niagara the holiday celebration we promised.

We want to assure you that IF the final decision is to turn off the lights for 2020, we have easy options for our ticketholders. We're already planning our 2021 event, and hope that we’ll see you there. Please stick with us just a little longer. We will be emailing and posting the next steps for our ticketholders this week. ➡️Whatever the outcome, your ticket will remain valid and you will have options regarding what to do with your ticket.

Like you, we're closely following the new developments from the provincial health authority regarding COVID prevention measures. As a touchless experience, we're still investigating what the provincial closures may mean for Glow as of Dec 26th. We will keep you informed by email and social media, as soon as we have a definite way forward.

✨ In the meantime, our doors are open and we encourage you to travel to Glow ONLY with people inside your isolation bubble. Let's have a safe holiday season.
