MARCH CLASSES STARTING NEXT WEEK....COME UNWIND WITH ME!

I am happy to announce that registration is now open for another set of knitting and crocheting classes again, starting next week (March 11, 2020)!

I will once again be offering classes on WEDNESDAYS, but have “flipped” the classes, so the “BEGINNER CROCHETING” classes will take place during the day, and “BEGINNER KNITTING” classes taking place in the evening...see below for more info!

These classes alternate/switch every month, so next month the Knitting class will be during the day again, and the Crocheting class will be in the evening. This alternating schedule will hopefully help accommodate those with varying schedules (if you can’t do afternoons, then hopefully we can catch you the following month for the evening classes instead, and vise versa).

Although these classes will run on a 4-week schedule, as we go along, I will add future classes in Knitting Level II and Crochet Level II, as well as more advanced mini-classes/workshops on specific techniques or projects, and even Mystery Knit/Crochet Alongs and more. Let me know what you would like...ideas and suggestions always welcome!

Pre-registration is required for all courses, and we only need a minimum of 3 people in order for the class to run. There is room for a maximum of 5 people in each class, to ensure ample one-on-one instruction and quality hands on learning for everyone.

➡️SUPPLIES NEEDED (please contact me for a list of supplies needed)

🙍🏻ABOUT ME: Knitting and crocheting have always been a passion for me, ever since my mom and grandma first taught me to knit when I was just 4 years old, and then I taught myself to crochet a couple years later. Almost everywhere I go now, I have at least one or two projects in tow...even in the middle of August, while sitting in the bleachers watching my hubby and children play baseball!

I love a challenge, including trying out unique and interesting techniques, altering and customizing patterns, and designing my own items and ideas. Another thing I love even more is sharing my hobby and teaching the craft to others. Nothing makes me more proud than seeing the sense of pride and accomplishment when one of my students finishes a project, or running into someone I taught years ago who is still enjoying the craft.

Therefore, I am SUPER excited to once again be offering knitting and crocheting classes and hopefully will inspire YOU to join in and fall in love with this wonderful hobby as much as I have!

***SUPPLIES FOR THE BEGINNER KNITTING CLASS***
-1 pair of size 5.00 mm knitting needles

-2 balls of Chunky Weight Yarn (Super Bulky/ #6) in colour of your choice to make a scarf or cowl. You will need appprox 200-300 yards. Again, please choose a lighter colour.

-a few straight pins
-pen
-notebook

***SUPPLIES FOR THE BEGINNER CROCHETING CLASS***
