Cortney Rector Art Cortney spends most of her time in her small art studio in rural NB and is often covered in clay, paint and glue.

After earning her BFA from the University of Maine, Cortney spent several years searching for the right medium and settled on polymer clay. Her inspirations are found in nature and her beautiful northern

surroundings. She loves to sculpt whimsical versions of tiny insects, acorns, leaves and faeries. All of her creations are original designs and are made without molds. She uses white polymer clay, sculpts and cure it. She then paints her pieces with acrylic paint, seals and antiques them.

I’m selling a limited number of my personalized ornaments for pre order. $55 each. 3 inches long and include personalization such as hair color, outfit of choice and one accessory. These will be ready for Christmas and will be available for pickup at my studio in Florenceville. Payment by e-transfer is due immediately to secure your spot.
