This was one of my favourite pieces to make in Paverpol. It came up in my memories yesterday. “Beard Guy”. Kyle and family moved to BC and are having an amazing journey there! But back to Kyle’s beard. He belongs to the Vancouver Facial Hair Club. Last year he won a trip to the Yukon to compete in the Hair Freezing Contest.

I’ve had so much fun using Paverpol for the past 7 years! But it’s run its course for me and now I’m downsizing my Paverpol supplies.

Most are listed at ½ price. I’ll take what I have left to the “Bounce Into Spring Tradeshow” in Estevan, April 5. At the Legion.

Lieutenant Governor Russ Mirasty will present the King Charles III Coronation Medal to 23 remarkable individuals at ceremonies on October 3rd in Saskatoon and October 10th in Regina in recognition of their outstanding contributions to our province. The list includes *Major Nadine Dale*, Elder Julie Pitzel, The Honourable Roy Romanow P.C., O.C., S.O.M, Elder May Desnomie to name a few.

Mask Class

June 13 at 6:30 in Creelman Hall if there is enough interest. Please register soon-ish so I don’t cancel the class.

Paverpol is the brand name of a fabric hardener that is weather-proof when dry, so most items can be displayed outdoors.

I will provide a plaster mask, Paverpol, brushes, and some paint for highlighting. I have some jersey and jewelry to accessorize.

Participants are welcome to bring small object so accessorize their mask. Small jewelry, beads, shells, wooden items, lace. The possibilities are endless.
I have 8x10 canvases to “glue” the mask to if you’d like, but you are welcome to bring rocks, wood, or metal if you prefer. The masks are about 8” x 5”
Please wear “painting” clothes or an apron. Paverpol is impossible to get out of fabric. Take off jewelry or wear gloves.

Under 12 y.o. Please bring an older helper.
