Chautauqua 2024 was a success!
Our community came together (like always!) and put on a great display true to the roots of the original Chautauqua's held in Fernie from 1917 to 1935.
So many people contributed and so many participated. We love having this platform to allow so many different aspects of Fernie to come together.
This marks the 120th year of Fernie's incorporation (1904), 60th year of the Fernie and District Historical Society, and the Tenth (modern) Chautauqua.
We will be posting more photos, more thank-yous, and more memories, but for now we'd like to thank Vince Mo for these beautiful photos that captured the heart of our event.
