It’s sooo easy to get distracted by external responsibilities and giving time to the things that help us survive….but what about the things that helps us THRIVE?! We’re all guilty of letting our creative sides go and it’s not until we make time to create that we realize how important it is for our emotional, physical and spiritual health. Bake a cake, dance to the tune, build that table, sing that song…even a few moments in the day could bring immeasurable amounts of joy.
